Expectation |
Choose initial badges and graphics |
Get at least three badges ready that represent your company values. Recognize has over 40 badges to choose from, can make badges for you or best of all you can upload your own. You can browse our badges here: |
Decide if you will use points |
If you are not launching with rewards, you may choose to disable points in the beginning and turn them on with a rewards catalog later. |
Decide on rewards if applicable |
You can do company-fulfilled rewards or automatic gift cards. Staff can redeem with the points they earn from recognitions. |
Tasks and Nominations |
Do you want to roll out incentive tasks or nomination votes now or later? |
Anniversary recognition |
If hire dates (mm/dd/yyyy) and birthdays (mm/dd) are added to Recognize via user sync, spreadsheet upload or entered manually, Recognize can send out automated Recognitions for anniversaries and birthdays. |
Choose to use role-based recognition |
Use "Company Roles" to permission badges. For example, you may want some badges to only be sent by a manager or director. |
Bulk Recognition (Add on Feature) |
Bulk Recognize your staff to preload with past behaviors, or to roll over points from previous recognition programs. |
Provisioning Users |
Options include spreadsheet import, active directory sync/ import, or a hybrid approach. |
Integrations |
Decide which integrations you will use. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Yammer, and Workplace by Meta are some popular integrations we offer. |
