Stay up to date on upcoming product and feature updates, check for service or performance issues, and view scheduled maintenance of the site by subscribing to Recognize.
Visit status.recognizeapp.com and follow the steps below to subscribe:
1. Select 'Subscribe to Recognize' in the top right corner of the Recognize Status Page
2. Select the drop down arrow to select which components you would like to subscribe to (Component options listed below)
3. For E-mail notifications, check the box and enter your email in the space provided.
4. For text message notifications, check the box and enter your phone number in the space provided.
5. To notify 3rd party systems of updates via webhooks, check the box and provide the relevant information in the space provided.
6. Check this box to syndicate content with an RSS feed.
A. To receive all notifications, select 'All Components'.
B. To receive notifications for all Product Updates, select 'Product Updates' or select desired updates in the section below.
C. To receive notifications for all Service Updates, select 'Service Updates' or select desired updates in the section below.
D. For notifications on Maintenance, select 'Maintenance'
7. Once desired updates are selected, click the 'Subscribe' button
