As a Company Admin, you will want to orient yourself to the various elements of the Stream Page and where to find configuration settings for each. Most of our features are set up to be 'ON' by default to encourage adoption, so you'll want to take some time during the onboarding process to decide whether it makes sense to keep settings as is, or to proactively turn off some of the features you know you won't be using, at least not right off the bat. Below, you will find details for each of the Stream Page elements that are configurable by a Company Admin.
- The 'Tasks' button in the top left user menu appears when 'Tasks' are turned on (which by default, they are), and there is an active Task to complete. The 'Tasks' button is used by employees to report completed Tasks that have been assigned to them. To learn more about Tasks, visit our article: Tasks: Step-by-step Instructions
- The 'Stats' button in the top left user menu appears when 'Enable leaderboards focused on the user' or 'Enable leaderboards for top employees' is turned on in the Menu > Company Admin > Settings > Leaderboards (which by default, both settings are) and are a great way to showcase your top point earners for the user's team, other teams at your company, and top point earners for the company in general, regardless of team. To learn more about Stats, visit our article: How to Configure Stats (Leaderboards)
- The 'Fame' button in the top left user menu appears when 'Enable the Hall of Fame feature' is turned on in the Menu > Company Admin > Settings > Hall of Fame (which by default, it is). The Hall of Fame showcases your company's top recipients by Badge across time periods, which can be filtered on by month, Badge, or team. To learn more about the 'Hall of Fame' feature, visit our article: How to Activate the Hall of Fame
- The 'Rewards' button in the top left user menu appears when the 'Allow rewards' setting is turned on in the Menu > Company Admin > Settings > Rewards (which by default, it is). Enabling Rewards is the first step in allowing users to redeem points earned from Recognition or Tasks. To learn more about setting up Rewards, visit our article: Rewards: Step-by-step Instructions
- The 'Top toolbar logo' can be managed from the Menu > Company Admin portal > Settings > Theming > Theme customizations > Top toolbar logo. You can add your company's logo or special branding for your programs, if you wish.
- Similar to the Toolbar logo, the 'Stream page logo' can be managed from the Menu > Company Admin portal > Settings > Theming > Theme customizations > Stream page logo. - You can set the default filter on the Stream Page to filter on peer recognitions by going to Menu > Company Admin > Recognitions > 'Filter on peer recognitions by default on the Stream page', or you can keep filters off by not using this setting, which will allow both peer and anniversary/birthday recognitions to show in the Stream
- If your company is planning to use Points and/or Rewards, you can turn on Points Allocation, which will limit users to a certain number of points they can give out during a designated time interval. If this feature is turned on, they will see their spending progress and remaining Points on the Stream Page in its own module. To use this feature, go to Menu > Company Admin > Points > Allocation. For more information on Points Allocation, see our article: How to Budget Using Point Allocations
- On the left side of the Stream Page, you will see a module with a list of 'Teams' which can be configured and linked to your user data file. Our 'Teams' feature is on by default, but can be turned off by going to Menu > Company Admin > Settings > General Settings and toggling the setting for 'Allow teams' to OFF. This will remove the list of teams on the Stream Page, as well as the 'Team Directory' from the 'Menu'. To learn more about our 'Teams' feature and how to add your teams, see our article: How to Add or Create a Team & Filter by Team in the Stream (Company Admins)
- If there are any recent Birthdays or Anniversaries (within the past 48 hours) at your company, you'll also see those in a module on the right side of the screen, which can be clicked and expanded for more details with a spot to leave comments. If Anniversaries or Birthdays are set to private on an individual level, they will not show up here, and if privacy is the global default, the module itself will be hidden. You can set global defaults for Birthday & Anniversary privacy by going to Menu > Company Admin > Settings > User settings > Birthday & anniversary privacy, and toggling the settings for each. To learn more about Birthdays & Anniversaries, see our article: Anniversaries: Step-by-step Instructions

For more information on Announcements, see our article: Announcements: Step-by-step Instructions
- The 'Grid' button in the top right of the Recognition Feed allows you to display your stream page and Recognitions in full screen grid view on a device of your choice (e.g. TV in your employee break room), also known as kiosk mode, which can then be animated. All filters that are set on the Stream Page prior to clicking on 'Grid' will be respected in the grid view. Using the grid view or 'kiosk mode' is a great way to showcase company Recognitions.
