How to Find Top Performers
If you want to see who your company's top-performing staff members are, there are multiple ways to find this information, two of which can be accessed by any user if the organization's settings permit. Below, you will find an overview of each.
-
Stats: This page can be accessed by any user, if the organization has chosen to enable it. The Stats page shows the earned points leaderboards for you personally in relation to your team, each team in relation to other teams, and also rankings for individuals across the whole company. The leaderboards here reflect total accumulated points for the chosen time interval, which will include points earned for sending a recognition, +1'ing, and receiving a +1. To learn more about configuring this feature, or viewing it as a user, see our help article: Leaderboards Overview.
-
Hall Of Fame: The Hall of Fame is a great way to visually showcase all the top Badge earners at your company. This page can be accessed by any user, if the organization has chosen to enable it. You can see top staff by Badge across time periods, and group by Badges or teams. If you want a quick way to see top employees for each team, you can do that in the Hall of Fame. To learn more about configuring this feature, or viewing it as a user, see our help article: Leaderboards Overview.
-
The Manager Portal or Company Admin Portal Dashboard Top Employees Tab: This is similar to the leaderboards on the Stats page, but it lets you view and toggle between the number of recognitions received, number of recognitions sent, and total points earned for a chosen time interval. You also have additional filter options and can easily export the data. Only Managers and Admins can access this reporting feature within their respective portals. To learn more about the 'Top Employees' tab for Company Admins, see our article: Dashboard and Engagement Metrics. -
The Manager Portal or Company Admin Portal Recognitions Export: This option allows you to view and export all sent and received recognitions along with recognition and point details to Excel for further analysis. Only Managers and Admins can access this reporting feature within their respective portals. To learn more about recognition reports, see our article: Reporting: Recognitions, Rewards, Nominations, Comments, & Tasks.
