The Recognize Engagement Incentive Program rewards admins and managers who actively help build a strong culture of recognition within their organizations. By completing a variety of activities and reaching key engagement milestones, participants can earn rewards while strengthening their company’s recognition program.
The program is designed to encourage meaningful participation in Recognize. Activities include things like attending training sessions, participating in engagement check-ins with your Customer Success Manager, sharing recognition success stories, contributing product feedback, and helping drive adoption across your organization. Participants can also earn rewards by reaching engagement milestones, such as strong user activation rates or high recognition activity among managers and employees.
Each activity and milestone contributes to improving your organization’s recognition culture while giving admins and managers the opportunity to earn gift cards, program recognition, or entries into special drawings such as the ⭐ Star Admin of the Year ⭐ award.
