You may want to visit your profile from time to time to make sure your information is up to date, check on redemption status, or take a look at your Recognitions over a period of time. Here is an overview of what you can find if you visit your profile.

Navigating Your Profile
- Access Your Profile - Click your profile/avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
- Review Your Profile Summary - Below your name and avatar, you’ll see your profile summary, which includes:
- Your hire date
Your total years with the company
The number of direct reports (if you’re a manager)
The teams you belong to

Editing Profile to update certain fields, depending on your company’s settings.
Note: If your company automatically syncs user data, any manual changes may be overwritten. Contact your company’s administrator to request updates.
View Your Top Badges - In the top right corner, you’ll see a summary of your Top Badges. These badges represent your most earned or most meaningful recognitions, as defined by your company’s settings.

Check Your Recognitions - Click the Recognitions tab under your profile summary to see a list of the recognitions you’ve received or sent.
- View Completed Tasks - If your company uses the Tasks feature, click the Tasks tab to see:
Tasks you have completed
Completion dates and task details
Task status
The point value for each completed task (if applicable)
- Review Redemptions - If your company offers Rewards, click the Redemptions tab to view your redemption history, including:
The date of each redemption
Reward status
Any special instructions for claiming rewards

The contact person for each reward

Track Your Points - If your company uses points, click the Points tab to see a record of your transactions, including:
Date and description of each activity
Type of activity

Whether the points are redeemable
- Manage Direct Reports (Managers Only) - Managers will see an additional Direct Reports tab, which provides:
Badges earned by each direct report
The date of their most recent recognition received from you
Current redeemable point balances
Account status for each team member

Review Summary Totals - As you navigate each tab, a cumulative summary appears on the right side of your screen, showing total counts for the data in each table. These totals reflect lifetime values unless otherwise noted.
Editing Your Profile
As a user, you may have the ability to edit certain aspects of your profile, depending on your company's account settings. You also have the ability to control which notifications you receive from within your profile.
To edit your profile:
- After signing in, click on the 'Menu' icon in the upper right-hand corner

Select 'My Settings' from the drop-down menu

Edit Your Profile - Under Edit Profile, you’ll see several fields that include your personal details, job information, timezone, and language preferences.
Note: Some fields may appear grayed out or uneditable. This means your company manages that information through an internal system. If you need to make updates to those fields, contact your company’s administrator for assistance.

To receive your birthday and/or anniversary recognitions privately, check the boxes below each date field.
Note: This option only applies if your organization is using the anniversary feature.

Click on the 'Teams Directory' button to access the Teams Directory from within your profile

SAVE - Click 'Save' at the bottom of your screen if you've made any changes
Managing Notifications
After signing in, click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click Notifications in the left-hand navigation menu.
Manage your notifications for Email, SMS, or Push notifications by toggling the option on/off.
Toggle 'unsubscribe from all' to unsubscribe from all notifications.
Note: All changes save automatically.
How to Add or Update Your Profile Picture
Adding a profile picture is a great way to personalize your Recognize experience! If your company allows the option for users to add or update their own profile pictures, follow the steps below:
After signing in, click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.
- From your 'Edit Profile' page, click the 'Choose File' button below your picture, or the area where your picture would appear

Once you have chosen a file, click 'Save' in the bottom left corner of the page to save your changes
Changing Your Preferred Language in Recognize
To update your preferred language in Recognize. - follow the steps below:
After signing in, click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.
- From your 'Edit Profile' page, click the drop down menu under 'Language' to select your preferred language

Once you have selected your preferred language, click 'Save' in the bottom left corner of the page to save your changes
