Keeping your account funded is an important part of running a seamless employee experience. Checking your organization's Rewards balance on a regular basis is recommended.
- Log into the Company Admin
- Click 'Rewards' from the main left menu

Click into a catalog where Rewards are set up.

The top navigation bar will display:
- Dashboard : A breakdown of your reward budgets, redemption totals and company top redeemers.
- Catalog: All items that are offered or have been redeemed in the catalog
- Budget: The Points Bank and ability to fund the bank
- Redemptions: Reporting of all company wide redemption activity
- Transactions: Ledger of point deductions and deposits

Settings: Catalog Currency, Point-to-Dollar ratio and funding budget can be set
NOTE: It's important to also be aware of your organization's total 'Unredeemed Points', this is the amount of points out there that could potentially be redeemed by employees. If your funds fall too low, user redemptions will be blocked
