Sometimes employees are not assigned work email or are not frequently "plugged in" to access Recognize from a computer. These employees could be working in the medical industry, security, construction, retail or energy.
To help these companies engage frontline workers, Recognize provides the "Frontline Employee" feature. Included in our Gold package, it allows Company Admins to invite users by SMS, and allows frontline workers to login and set a password using their telephone number instead of an email address.
Frontline workers will receive automatic Recognition Notifications over text message, and be able to interact with the platform through our mobile app, where they can comment on Recognitions, send Recognitions to co-workers, and even redeem points for rewards when they are offered.
Company Admins can enable this feature with the flip of a switch, set the phone number and password for specific users with a few clicks, and even broadcast messages to frontline workers over SMS.
