The Recognize platform provides built-in reporting functionality for the following features in the Manager Portal: Engagement Metrics, Recognitions, Redemptions (for Reward Managers only), Anniversaries, and Tasks. Keep in mind that your organization may not be using all of these features, which means you may not have access to some reports.
Generating reports from the Manager Portal can be an invaluable resource for monitoring employee activity and engagement on the platform. These insights not only help managers track performance trends but also serve as a critical tool for preparing thorough and objective evaluations during performance reviews.
