How to Sign In

Access the Sign-In Page:
- Navigate to recognizeapp.com.
- Click the "Sign in" option in the top right corner to open the login drop-down menu.

- Enter your corporate email address or mobile number in the login field and select 'Go'.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate via your organization's SSO provider.

OAuth Sign-In:
- Choose the appropriate provider (Microsoft, Google, or Yammer) from the options at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- You will be redirected to the selected platform to enter your credentials.

- Enter your registered email address or mobile number in the login field and select 'Go'.
- On the next page, enter your Recognize password.

Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues
If you're experiencing difficulties signing in, consider the following steps:
1. Account Activation
- Ensure your account is active and has been previously activated.
- Contact your company's Recognize administrator or email support@recognizeapp.com with your full name, email address, and organization name for verification.
2. Correct Credentials
- Verify you're using the appropriate sign-in method approved by your organization.
- Check your company's sign-in page at
www.recognizeapp.com/[yourcompanydomain]
to identify available options. - Ensure you're entering the correct email format (e.g., username@domain.com) or mobile number associated with your account.
3. Forgotten Password

OAuth Users:
- Reset your password through the respective platform (Microsoft, Google, or Yammer).

SSO Users:
- Contact your IT department for password assistance.

Recognize Credentials:
- Double-check for typing errors, including CAPS Lock and NUM Lock statuses.
- To reset your password:
- Visit recognizeapp.com/password_resets/new.
- Enter your registered email address and click "Forgot Password".
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
- Note: Each password reset request invalidates previous links; use the most recent email, and be aware that the link expires after 10 minutes.
4. Browser Cache and Cookies
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies to eliminate any stored data that might interfere with the sign-in process.
