Company Contacts in Recognize help your staff connect with the appropriate internal resources for questions, approvals, and support. These contacts are displayed within the Recognize application and relevant email communications to streamline assistance. However, the Billing Contact is used exclusively for internal purposes and is not shown to general users.
Accessing Company Contacts Settings
To manage and configure company contacts:
- Navigate to Company Admin > Settings > Company Contacts.
- Update the following fields as needed:
Company Contact Fields
1. Internal Point of Contact:
- Designate who users should contact for questions about accessing Recognize internally or for support.
- Visible in various parts of the platform to guide users appropriately.
*Note: The designated Internal Point of Contact may be contacted by Recognize Support as needed to assist in resolving user issues or inquiries related to internal access or profile settings.
2. Default Rewards Manager:
- Assign the primary contact to handle reward approvals and address rewards-related questions.
- This contact will be shown to users in cases where a reward-specific manager is not assigned.
3. Billing Contact (Internal Use Only):
- Specify the individual who should receive billing communications for your Recognize subscription, including renewal notices.
- Note: This contact is strictly for internal administrative use and will not appear to general users in the application.
Where Are These Contacts Visible?
The visibility of these contacts depends on their function:
1. In the Recognize Application:

User Profile:
- If a user attempts to edit locked profile fields (due to sync settings), an error message will display the Internal Point of Contact email address for assistance.
- Reward redemption details will display the Default Rewards Manager contact if no reward-specific manager is assigned.

Rewards Catalog:
- Displays the Default Rewards Manager when a user doesn’t have access to any rewards.
2. In Emails:
- Email footers will include:
- Default Rewards Manager (if rewards are enabled).
- Internal Point of Contact for general assistance.
3. Help Page:
- The Default Rewards Manager will appear if rewards are enabled.
- The Internal Point of Contact is shown for other inquiries or issues.

- Keep Contacts Updated: Regularly review and update company contact information to ensure accuracy.
