The 'User Directory' page of Recognize allows employees to search for other employees at your organization for the purpose of recognizing them or their team. To navigate to and use the User Directory, follow the below steps.
- Select the 'Users' button from the top left main toolbar
- Use the search bar to look for specific employees in the directory
- View employee names and avatars on the left in the table
- You can also see department, country, and team information in the table for each employee, if it is included in your company data
- Selecting the 'Show' link under the Badges column in the table will take you to the user's profile if your organization allows public profiles, where you can view any recent Badges they've received
- Any direct reports the employee has will be listed under the 'Direct Reports' column in the table
