The Recognize platform provides built-in reporting functionality for the following features: Recognitions, Rewards (redemptions and transactions), Points, Nominations, Comments, and Tasks. Running these reports can be helpful in measuring the level of employee activity on the platform - especially for year-end reporting. In this article, you will find instructions for how to pull various reports for each feature as a Company Admin.

Recognition Reports
Running a Recognitions report can help you track the recognitions sent to/from your employees throughout a specified month, quarter, year, or custom date range. See the below video for an overview of the Recognitions tab in the Company Admin Portal.
As shown in the video, Company Admins can log in and review recognition activity via the Company Admin/Recognitions portal.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select 'Recognitions' from the left side menu in your Company Admin Portal
- Choose between 'Pending,' 'Approved,' or 'Denied' Recognitions in the top right tertiary menu
- Use the date filter to view recognitions by month, quarter, year, or a custom date range
- Additional filter options are available to the right above the table if you'd like to filter the data further
- You can also search for specific recognition by using the search bar above the table to the right
- Select the three lines above the table to the left to choose which attributes you wish to see in the table below
- Recognition details will show up in the table for you to view or export

Click the export button once you are happy with the data, which will send a report to the 'Documents' tab, where you can download it
Rewards Reports
Redemptions Report
Running a Rewards redemption report can help you track how many employees have redeemed provider-fulfilled or company-fulfilled rewards.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- From the Company Admin portal, select 'Rewards' from the left side menu
- Within the Rewards tab, select 'Redemptions' from the top-right tertiary menu
- Use the date filter to view recognitions by month, quarter, year, or a custom date range
- You can also filter by currency to the right above the table if you'd like to pull a report for a specific currency
- You can search for specific redemptions by using the search bar above the table to the right
- Select the three lines above the table to the left to choose which attributes you wish to see in the table below
- Redemption details will show up in the table for you to view or export

Click the export button once you are happy with the data, which will send a report to the 'Documents' tab, where you can download it
Transactions Report
If you're curious to see details of redemption transactions across all catalogs and want to have the ability to filter on those, you can pull a transaction report from the Company Admin portal by following the below steps. This can also serve as an accounting report for reconciling finances.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Click 'Rewards' from the main left menu
- Click 'Transactions' from the top right tertiary menu
- By default, transactions for all catalogs will show up, but you can also choose to look at transactions for a specific catalog by selecting from this drop-down
- Select the date range for your report by using the date filter - you can choose monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom
- You can also filter by transaction type - debit or credit, or view all types
- Use the search bar to look for specific transactions if you know the description
- Each transaction that has taken place will show up as a line item in the table - under the 'Amount deposited' column, you can view how much cash was taken from the deposit balance or added to it for each item
- You can export any results straight to your computer by clicking on the 'Export' option above the table
Points Reports
Point Activity Summary Report
Running a Point Activity Summary report can help you determine how many points have been accrued by employees, as well as those who have outstanding amounts to redeem.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select the 'Points' tab on the left side menu
- Select 'Summary' from the top right tertiary menu
- Select the three lines above the table to the left to include or exclude data columns
- Use the search bar above the table on the right to look for specific employee point summaries
- You will find a point summary for each user in the table provided, with a breakdown of redeemable points and redeemed points
- Select 'Export search results' and select your desired output format option - your export will then be sent to the 'Documents' tab where you can download it
Point Activities Report
Running a Point Activities report gives you more detail on how many points have been accrued by employees and how those were accrued, as well as those who have outstanding amounts to redeem and what redemptions have been made.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select the 'Points' tab on the left side menu
- Select 'Activities' from the top right tertiary menu
- Use the date filter to view point activities by month, quarter, year, or a custom date range
- Use the additional filter to the right to focus on redeemable or non-redeemable points, or view all
- Use the search bar above the table on the right to look for specific employee point summaries
- You will find a point summary for each user in the table provided, with a breakdown of redeemable points and redeemed points
- Select 'Export search results' and choose your desired output format option - your export will then be sent to the 'Documents' tab where you can download it
Nomination Reports
Running a report of employee Nominations can help you determine top contenders or repeat winners for 'crowd-sourced' awards (e.g. 'Employee of the Month').
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select Nominations from the left side menu
- Select 'All Votes' and you'll be directed to a second page with a detailed table view
- Select the desired time interval for your report:
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
- Custom
- Use the search bar to search for specific Nominations, if you'd like
- Use the three lines above the table to the left to include or exclude columns
- Results will be displayed in the table for viewing
- If needed, you can export results straight to your computer by selecting your desired output format option:
- Copy
- CSV
- Excel (recommended)
- Print
Comment Reports
Running Comment reports allows you to download a collection of user comments that have been created in response to posted recognitions/anniversaries.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select Comments from the left side menu
- Select the desired time interval for your report:
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
- Custom
- Use the search bar to search for specific Comments, if you'd like
- Use the three lines above the table to the left to include or exclude columns
- Results will be displayed in the table for viewing
- If needed, you can export search results which will be sent to the 'Documents' tab for download once compiled
Task Reports
Running Task reports through Recognize can be helpful for reviewing past employee incentive activity, especially when it comes to goal-setting or performance review time.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down to open the Company Admin portal
- Select 'Tasks' from the left side menu, which will redirect you to the Tasks landing page
- Here, you can view total approved points for the selected time period
- If needed, adjust the desired time interval for your report:
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
- Custom
- Use the search bar to search for specific Tasks, if you'd like
- Use the three lines above the table to the left to include or exclude columns
- Results will be displayed in the table for viewing
- If needed, you can export results straight to your computer by selecting your desired output format option:

- CSV

- Print
