Unlocking your Amazon Reward

Below, you will find step-by-step instructions for how to claim and unlock an Amazon redemption you've made in the Recognize platform.

  1. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of your Recognize account to access your profile page

  2. Once you are on your Profile Page, click ‘Redemptions’ above the table

  3. Click ‘View details’ next to your Amazon redemption in the 'Status' column

  4. From the 'Claim Your Reward' pop-up, copy the security code

    NOTE: The Security Code is not the rewards Claim Code used at checkout. Please only use the Claim Code provided on the following landing page.

  5. Then, click on the Redemption URL, which will open a new window

  6. Paste the security code in the text box provided to unlock your reward

  7. Use your ‘Claim Code’ to redeem your Amazon Gift Card in Amazon.com

  8. For further instructions on redeeming your Amazon Gift Card, view Amazon’s redemption instructions.
