The Recognize Community is a workspace exclusively for Recognize Company Admins to connect, share, and celebrate their success with employee engagement and recognition programs with others in similar roles. Our community aims to empower Recognize Company Admins with inspiring stories and content, and create an inclusive learning environment where questions are encouraged and community members can lean on each other for best practices. We hope our customers will benefit from this awesome collaborative workspace!

Community Orientation
- We have four main channels in the Recognize Community, each having their own purpose and topics for discussion.
- #announcements - Used for announcements of new features, product updates, upcoming appreciation days, and special offers
- #common-questions - Used for platform questions, how-to help, configuration best practices, and feature questions
- #feature-requests - Used for suggesting new features, suggesting feature updates, and suggesting user interface changes
- #recognition-strategy-and-engagement - Used for recognition strategy discussion, engagement strategy discussion, program structure discussion, success stories, and sharing best practices
- You can revisit these descriptions within our community at the top of each channel as seen in the screenshot below. We have also pinned relevant resources within each channel to make things more accessible to you.
- Our team members will be identified with a (Moderator) indicator so that you'll know when you're receiving a response from Recognize, with the exception of our CEO, Alex Grande who will be identified by name.

If you aren't familiar with Slack, the newest messages and announcements will show up and the bottom of each feed. Please visit the below section for a link to our posting guidelines.
