While we are sorry to see you go, you can cancel your personal Recognize user account at any time in your Admin Portal or from within your user profile. Keep in mind, that if your company uses a user data sync with an HR system to create accounts, you may need to work with your company's Recognize admin to be removed from the user list so that you don't receive additional invitations to join. You can also opt to ignore any invitations you receive, and your account will remain inactive.
Steps to Canceling Your Personal Account
- Click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right corner of the page
- Select the 'Edit Profile' button
- Select 'Cancel Account' in the bottom left corner under your profile details
- You will then receive a pop-up message confirming whether you would like to cancel your account, and you'll select the 'Yes, cancel it!' button
NOTE: If you are a Recognize Company Admin, this does not cancel your organization's subscription or account. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or your Customer Success Manager to request cancellation of your organization's subscription or account.
