You can require that users s include a message with the Recognitions they send, although this is optional by default.
Steps to Require Messages in Recognitions
- Click 'Menu' in the upper right corner of the page
- Select 'Company Admin' from the dropdown menu
- Select 'Settings' from the navigation menu on the far left
- Scroll to locate the 'Programs' section of the 'Settings' page
- Locate the 'Message is required to send a recognition' option. Click OFF next to it to require the recognition message.
