Although you can find top employees by badge and by team in the Company Admin, this article will focus on how to use the Hall of Fame feature to accomplish this task.
How to use the Recognize Hall of Fame to find top employees by badge.
1. Enable the Hall of Fame feature in the Company Admin settings
a. Click 'Menu' in the upper right corner of the page
b. Click 'Company Admin' in the dropdown menu
c. Click the 'Settings' tab in the left navigation bar
d. Once the page populates, Scroll down to Hall of Fame and toggle 'Enable the Hall Of Fame feature" from 'OFF' to 'ON'. Once this is done, refresh the browser (CMD+R for Macs, CTRL+R for Windows)
2. Once you have refreshed your browser, you will see a 'Fame' icon appear in the top left navigation. If you don't see it, then you need to complete the first step.
3. From there you can view all the top employees in history for each time frame & badge
4. The Hall of Fame allows three different filtering methods related to badges: Time, Team or Badge, and Group
Time
You can click 'By Month' to drop down a menu that will allow you to change the date range from month to week, month, quarter, or year
Team or Badge
Click 'Group By Badge' to drop down a menu that will allow you to choose if you would like to see results grouped by badge or by team. If you choose badge, it will list hall of fame results by badge. If you choose team, it will list results by team, and include another dropdown menu that allows you to further filter your results by badges within those teams, pictured below
Note: The Hall of Fame is based on total points, which include sending badge points
Group
Click All company to drop down a menu that allows you to isolate all results to one specific team or group
