Company Admins have the utmost level of access in the Recognize portal. Only users who have been selected as admins in the Users section of the Company Admin can see the Company Admin menu options. To see the steps on designating a company admin, click here.
How to Access the Company Admin Portal
- The Company Admin is accessible through the top-right 'Menu' in Recognize
- Click the 'Company Admin' selection from the drop-down menu to access the Company Admin portal.
- What will initially display is the Dashboard, and the left navigation allows the admin to manage the company's account
- If you have the Recognize extension in Yammer, you can click Recognize on the far left toolbar in Yammer.com to open a pop-up window that functions the same way it would in a browser
