Company Admins have the utmost level of access for your company's Recognize account. Only users who have been designated as admins in the Users section of the Company Admin can see the Company Admin menu options. To see the steps on designating a company admin, click here.
How to Access the Company Admin Portal
- Select 'Menu' in the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down menu
- This will take you to the Company Admin portal, initially landing on the Dashboard tab, where the left side navigation pane will allow you to manage the various components of your company's account
