It is important to encourage leaders and employees to embrace your recognition program by celebrating those who are most engaged. Recognize offers numerous reporting options and features that make it easy to celebrate your managers and staff who are highly engaged in your recognition program. Here is how you an pull a report to see which employees, Teams, or Managers have sent and/or received this most Recognitions:
- Select the 'Menu' from the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down
- Select 'Dashboard' from the left side menu
- Select 'Top Employees' from the top right menu in the Dashboard page
- Select the appropriate time interval you'd like to look at from the top right filter
- Select whether you'd like to see Received Recognitions or Sent Recognitions above the table to the right
- Change the top filter to be 'Greater than or equal to' '1' so that only users who have had activity show up (results will be ranked from highest to lowest)
- Click 'Go' for results
Additionally, you can see the top employees in a specific Role or Team, as well as see the top senders/recipients of a particular Badge:
