How to Manage Reminder Notifications to Redeem Points as a User

You may receive notifications via email or SMS from Recognize that will remind you to redeem your points on the last day of every month. Users have the ability to turn these notifications off for themselves at an individual level from within their profile. Here is an example of an email notification you might receive:

To Manage Individual Redemption Reminder Notification Settings as a User:

  1. Select your avatar in the top right hand corner of your screen to visit your profile

  2. Select the 'Edit Profile' button

  3. Toggle the setting(s) for 'Redemption reminder email/SMS notification' within the Notifications module on the right
