Company Admins have the ability to set a global setting for notifications that will remind users to redeem their points on the last day of every month, and will only apply to users who have not made a redemption that month. Users then have the ability to turn this setting off for themselves at an individual level from within their profile. The purpose of these settings is to drive regular point redemption. Currently, the time interval is not configurable. Here is an example of an email notification:
To Turn On/Off Redemption Reminder Notifications for All Users:
- Select 'Menu' in the upper right-hand corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'Settings' from the left side menu
- Select 'Rewards' from the right side navigation pane
- Under 'Global redemption reminder notifications', toggle ON/OFF for email notifications to enable/disable receiving notifications by default via email
- Under 'Global redemption reminder notifications', toggle ON/OFF for SMS notifications to enable/disable receiving notifications by default via SMS
NOTE: When either of the above email or SMS notifications are disabled, the new setting will override the succeeding new user settings as well as corresponding user profiles (individual notification preferences)
- Under 'New users redemption reminder email notifications', toggle ON/OFF for email notifications to enable/disable receiving notifications for new users by default via email
- Under 'New users redemption reminder email notifications', toggle ON/OFF for SMS notifications to enable/disable receiving notifications for new users by default via SMS
To Manage Individual Redemption Reminder Notification Settings as a User:

Select your avatar in the top right hand corner of your screen to visit your profile
- Select the 'Edit Profile' button
- Toggle the setting(s) for 'Redemption reminder email/SMS notification' within the Notifications module on the right
