Many features in Recognize are automated, such as the anniversaries program and engagement emails. The 'Program Enabled' setting controls all automated features in Recognize, and must be turned 'ON' for those automated features to run.
Please follow the steps below to turn ON the automated features of Recognize
- Select 'Menu' in the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'Settings' at the bottom of the left side navigation panel
- Toggle 'Program Enabled' ON at the top of the Company Admin Settings page
Note: Automated badges (Birthday and Anniversary) and engagement emails will be sent to users in a 'Pending' status if 'Program Enabled in ON. If your Rewards Program is not yet launched, you should leave 'Program Enabled' OFF.
