Any reports you will need to export as a Company Admin will go to the Documents tab for download. Likewise, any file other than your user data file that you need to upload for our team to process will be done in the Documents tab. For example, one of the main reasons to upload a file on your end is if you are performing a Bulk Upload. For an overview of the Documents Section, see the video below.
Downloading Reports from Recognize
If you've exported any data from Recognize, chances are your reports will end up in the Documents tab of the Company Admin portal once they have been compiled. Follow the below steps to view and download reports that you've exported.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'Documents' from the left side menu
- The page will default to the 'Downloads' section, where you will see export files and reports that you've requested
- Use the date filter to find a report you requested on a specific date
- You can also export the list of results if needed
- If you know the name of the report you're looking for, you can type it into the search bar
- Once you've located the correct report, click the 'Download' button to save a copy to your computer
Uploading Files to Recognize
The Documents tab in the Company Admin portal provides a secure way for you to share files with us, such as bulk recognition files. Follow the below steps to upload a file to the Documents tab.
- Select 'Menu' from the top right corner of your screen
- Select 'Company Admin' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'Documents' from the left side menu
- Select the 'Uploads' tab in the top right tertiary menu
- Choose the file from your computer that you would like to upload by clicking the 'Choose File' button to the right
- Give your file a distinct description in the 'Description' box so that our team knows exactly what the file contains
- Select the 'Upload' button to upload the file
- Use the date filter to find a file you uploaded on a specific date
- You can also export a list of your uploads if needed
- If you know the name of the upload file you're looking for, you can type it into the search bar
