How to Select and Redeem Rewards
- Select 'Rewards' icon from the top left navigation menu
- Once in the Rewards portal, there are many ways to filter the rewards you see. The first option is to sort rewards by Category
- You can also search for a specific reward to see if it's available
- You can filter to see all rewards, or only rewards that are currently redeemable for you, based on how many points you have
- You can also sort rewards from low cost to high, or high cost to low
- Once you know which reward you would like, select the image of the reward
- On the reward page, you can view information on the reward, as well as any terms that may apply
- On the reward page, select the Variant (or amount) you'd like to redeem the gift card for
- Once you have selected the amount, click the 'Redeem' button
- Once you click 'Redeem', you well receive a pop-up window to confirm the redemption. If you are sure you'd like to redeem you points for this reward, select 'Redeem'. If you do not wish to redeem points for that reward, you can select 'Cancel'
NOTE: Once a vendor-fulfilled reward (e.g. Chipotle gift card) is selected & confirmed, it cannot be refunded!
- If the item you selected requires approval, a message will pop-up to let you know that it has been sent for approval along with details on who to contact with questions
- Once approved, you'll receive a notification via email, and can then claim your Reward
